❓ I didn't receive my credits after payment
Credits are usually added instantly. If you don't see them after 5 minutes, check your transaction history in Stripe. Contact [email protected] with your payment confirmation.
❓ My transformation failed but I lost a credit
If a transformation fails due to a server error, your credit is automatically refunded. If not, email [email protected] with the approximate time of the failed transformation.
❓ How long are my images stored?
All transformations are stored for 30 days from creation. After 30 days, they're automatically deleted. Make sure to download any monsters you want to keep!
❓ Can I get a refund for unused credits?
Credits are non-refundable due to the immediate processing nature of our AI service. However, credits never expire, so you can use them whenever you like.
❓ The AI didn't make what I expected
AI transformations can be unpredictable and artistic interpretation varies. We recommend trying different photos or monster types. Unfortunately, we cannot refund credits based on artistic preference.
❓ How do I delete my account?
Contact [email protected] to request account deletion. All your data will be removed within 30 days. Unused credits will be forfeited.
